The Award was granted based on three requirements:
Participation: in Chapter Conference calls, Weekend Academies and National Conferences.
Activity: attendance at Chapter meetings, attaining certification with WCAA.
Leadership: Hosting large seminars open to all, charitable activites, innovation and excellence
